Brush steaks with oil on both sides and season liberally with Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, jalepeno, parsley, cilantro with a dash of salt and pepper. Set aside and let sit for at least 45 minutes.
Pre-heat grill to high heat.
Place steaks on grill for 4-5 minutes on first side, then flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown and slightly charred. When steak reaches desired internal temperature ( Medium-rare = 135°F, Medium = 140°F, Medium-Well = 150°F), remove from heat and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Top steak with chimichurri sauce. Serve with favorite sides. Enjoy.
