  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and scrub potatoes. Pat dry.
  3. Pierce skin of potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub skin with olive oil and coat with Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning.
  5. Place potatoes on cooking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until soft and golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, combine pulled pork and Kinder’s Organic Mild BBQ Sauce in saucepan and simmer on low until pork is heated through and warm.
  7. Slice the potato down the center using knife or fork and spoon out flesh, leaving a half inch shell.
  8. Layer with cheese, pulled pork, sour cream, bacon, more bbq sauce, and top with chives. Serve and Enjoy.
