Sriracha BBQ Tiger Prawns with Chinese Black Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 85% Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (Drained)
  • 1 can cut peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of Hot BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Heat up a medium Size Stockpot over medium-high heat
  • Sauté the onions with all spices and Olive oil until a gold color is achieved. Add Ground Beef and cook until tender. (Mix continuously)
  • Add drained beans, canned tomatoes, BBQ Sauce, and lemon juice. Stir mixture very well then bring to boil. Cover and turn the heat down to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Top with Cheese and Serve Immediately
