Skip to content
- Pre-heat smoker to 225ºF.
- Wash chicken wings and dry thoroughly prior to cooking.
- Season wings liberally on both sides with Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Rub.
- Place wings in smoker and cook for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
