Grilled Sausage Sandwiches with Onions and Bell Peppers

6 Kinder’s Pale Ale Beer Brats
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper, cored and sliced ½” thick
1 onion, sliced ½” thick
6 sandwich buns
Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce
Pour oil in a medium skillet and sauté onions and pepper until softened. Grill sausages on stovetop or outdoor grill. Split buns and toast, remove from grill, fill with the cooked sausage, peppers and onions and top with Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce.
Butterfly (cut the brat in half lengthwise) and cook or grill flat side down.
